How it works for customers

Four steps, from a Telegram chat to your counter.

Nothing new to install. Customers order in your shop's bot, pay in their own banking app and collect with a pickup code.

  1. Open the shop's bot

    Scan the QR code at the counter or tap the shop's link. It's an ordinary Telegram chat, with nothing to install.

  2. Pick items and a pickup time

    Browse the catalog, add to the cart, choose when to collect and leave a phone number for the shop.

  3. Pay in their own banking app

    The bot shows the shop's bank account and the account holder's name. They pay, then send the screenshot to the bot.

  4. Show the code, collect

    Once the shop confirms the payment, the bot sends a 4-digit pickup code. They show it at the counter and take the order.

Teleshop is for pickup orders. It does not arrange delivery.

Type the amount you received. The bot asks the customer for the exact remainder on the same order, and they send a second screenshot for you to check.

Fake: Nothing arrived

The order is cancelled and the customer is told.

A screenshot is not proof of payment; your bank account is. Check it before you tap Confirm. If the rest of a short payment doesn't arrive in time (60 minutes by default), the order is cancelled and the bot tells you both how much is owed back.

Catalog, photos, orders with their pickup codes, and settings: bank details, payment instructions, pickup address, currency and the top-up timeout. Sign in with Telegram, on your phone or computer.

Does Teleshop hold the money?

No. Customers pay by bank transfer from their own banking app straight into your shop's bank account. Teleshop never receives, holds or moves the money, and takes no commission.

What if a customer pays too little?

Tap Payment short and type the amount you received. The bot tells the customer the exact remainder, and they send a second screenshot on the same order. You check it and confirm.

If the rest doesn't arrive in time (60 minutes by default; you can change this in the dashboard), the order is cancelled and the bot tells you both how much is owed back. Any refund is between you and the customer.

What if the screenshot is fake?

A screenshot is not proof of payment; your bank account is. Before you tap Confirm, check that the money arrived in your bank app. If it didn't, tap Fake: the order is cancelled and the customer is told.

What do I need to start?

A Telegram account, a bot token from @BotFather (it takes about 2 minutes) and a bank account your customers can pay into.

Open the Teleshop bot, tap Create Shop and paste the token. Your bot goes live straight away and the 30-day trial starts. Then add your products and bank details in the dashboard.

Do I need a website or an app?

No. Your customers order in an ordinary Telegram chat with your shop's bot. You receive orders in Telegram and manage your catalog in a web dashboard that opens in the browser on your phone or computer. Sign in with Telegram at app.teleshop.girarit.net.

Which languages does the bot speak?

Five languages, including English, Arabic, Russian and Uzbek. Each customer can pick a language in the bot; otherwise it follows their Telegram language.

Does Teleshop arrange delivery?

No. Teleshop is for pickup orders: the customer collects at your counter with their 4-digit code.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. The trial costs nothing and nothing is ever charged automatically. You pay for one year at a time in Telegram Stars, whenever you like, even during the trial: the year is added after your current end date.

If you don't pay, your bot pauses at the end of the period. Your shop is kept, so you can renew later. You can also delete your shop and all its data in the Teleshop bot.

Who sees my customers' details?

You see your own customers' orders, names, phone numbers and payment screenshots, so you can fulfil their orders. Read the privacy policy for what is stored and why.
